Here are some things to expect when you have clothes altered or repaired with us.

No appointment is necessary for a fitting or to have us take a look at something. Feel free to come in any time that we are open!

Our typical turnaround time is 10 days. If items are needed sooner than that, we do offer faster services with a rush fee.

We add 10% for each day “lost”. Next day service is the regular cost +100%, and same day service is +200%.

All items get a curtesy pressing after alterations are finished.

If for any reason the alteration or repair that we did is not the way it should be, we will fix it with no extra cost as quickly as we can.
